About Us

Our history is inspiration for our future.

Founded by Rosner Carnegie and Katherine Palmer in 1994, we wanted to create a place that made getting a mortgage a little easier.
In 2013, we launched Welcome All Home, a branch-based lender website, bringing mortgages online.
We introduced LoanGIANT multi-category lending in 2018 – a digital platform we built from the ground up, creating the very first online mortgage process.
By 2017, we became one of the world's largest multi-category lender, surpassing most single category lenders in a very short period of time.
Today, we continue to be obsessed with finding a better way to enable the American dream of financial freedom.

Along the way LoanGIANT became a word that defined what we did best. What is RE-GIANT?

An MLS is a complex database of listings entered directly by real estate professionals and acts as a trading platform to buy and sell real estate properties. When a property is on the market for sale it is added to the database and tracked through the sales transaction cycle - for example, when an offer is accepted by the seller and the property closes escrow, this is known as a ‘status change’ All this information provides a real-time database for real estate professionals to know precisely when a property is available for sale at any given moment and precisely when a property sells and for what price. Interestingly, the MLS is the very source that provides the listing feeds to sites like Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com so they have accurate real estate listings.

REGIANT® is where real estate property listings originate, as the authorized trading platform for real estate professionals. Our customers are buyers, sellers, investors, REALTORS®, brokers and agents throughout focused states listed above.

 

Because their listings originate with us, our real estate data is the most up-to-date, refreshes every five minutes, and is the most accurate information available to buyers, sellers and those seeking real estate information.
